Welcome to EVENTS in the Deep Adaptation Forum. Skilled facilitators and community members lovingly offer these events to promote community, understanding, support, and inner and outer adaptation to climate disruption. Most events are via Zoom.
All events are for persons over 18 who recognize the likelihood of societal collapse from climate change and environmental degradation and agree to abide by DAF's Charter.

The first hour of the gathering will be dedicated to connecting/reconnecting with one another around our journeys of Deep Adaptation. The second hour will be for participants to share if they have any issues/dilemmas/challenges, or just listen and provide feedback.
A 90-minute monthly drop-in learn/practice group for Compassionate Communication (NVC). No experience necessary. Each session we will have a nutshell new/review summary of Marshall Rosenberg's NVC, spend a bit of time on one aspect of it, and then do exercises or role plays with your real-world situations. We will use humility, flexibility, and creativity to get the most out of this tool.
